The Datacard® 500 Series card issuance system delivers the advantages of inline card issuance to cost-conscious, mid-volume card programs. It features the reliability, speed and flexibility that make Datacard the world leader in card issuance. The system can help you reduce costs, shorten cycle times and increase customer loyalty with advanced one-to-one marketing capabilities. Personalize up to 500 cards per hour in a completely inline process. If your card demands exceed the capacity of desktop printers, but have not yet reached levels to justify a high-volume system, the 500 Series system is the ideal solution for you.

Low cost-per-card. High reliability, user-friendly operation and throughput up to 500 cards per hour enable extremely low cost-per-card.
Flexibility. Like other Datacard® card issuance systems, the 500 Series System lets you start with the features you need today, then add more capabilities at any time in the future.

Model 503 supports up to three personalization options, making it ideal for personalizing credit cards, ATM cards and debit cards with embossing, indent printing, magnetic stripe encoding or color topping.
